Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If your order includes items with limited stock or pre-order items, we will notify you of the estimated shipping time via email.
We will do our best to ensure your order is shipped as quickly as possible so you can receive your desired sports equipment sooner.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Standard shipping generally takes 7-14 business days for delivery, but this may vary depending on the destination, weather conditions, customs clearance procedures, etc.
Free shipping is available to most countries and regions. Additional fees may apply for remote areas, as determined by the logistics provider (if additional fees are required, we will confirm with you before shipping).

Expedited Shipping
If you need to receive your items faster, you can choose our expedited shipping service.
Expedited shipping costs vary depending on the region due to different logistics channels used.
Please contact customer service after placing your order, and we will provide you with the expedited service options, costs, and estimated delivery time applicable to your address.
After you confirm the expedited shipping method and cost, we will arrange for shipment as soon as possible.


Shipping Coverage

We support shipping to most countries and regions worldwide. Delivery times may be longer if your shipping address is in the following areas:
Remote islands or mountainous areas;
Countries or regions with strict customs clearance procedures;
Regions that restrict the import of sporting goods.

Order Tracking

All shipped orders will be provided with a tracking number.
Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information, allowing you to check the shipping progress at any time.
It is normal for the logistics platform information not to be updated immediately; the latest record will usually be available after the carrier scans the package.

Customs Duties and Import Fees

If a package is returned due to refusal to pay customs duties, we will negotiate a solution with you based on the return situation, and the shipping cost may not be refunded.


Incorrect Address and Delivery Failure

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to the following reasons:
Incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address;
Multiple failed delivery attempts with no one available to receive the package;
Package returned due to customs rejection or other uncontrollable reasons.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
We will cooperate with the logistics company to investigate and provide a replacement or refund solution based on the investigation results.
To protect your rights, please keep the outer packaging, photos of the damage, and other relevant evidence.
