Return and Exchange Policy
To ensure smooth processing of returns and exchanges, the following requirements must be met:
Return Period: Returns or exchanges can be requested within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Product Condition Requirements:
The product must be brand new, unused, free of stains, and undamaged.
Original packaging, labels, and accessories must be intact.
If it is a set of products, please return them together.
Returns and exchanges are not provided in the following cases:
Products that have been used, soiled, damp, deformed, or otherwise affect resale.
Damage caused by personal reasons (such as misuse, improper cleaning, violent use, etc.).
Special discounted items, clearance items, or items marked as non-returnable.
Gift cards or customized products.

Please provide: Order number; name of the returned product; reason for return; product photos (if the product is defective, please include detailed photos of the defect).
Review and Confirmation
We will review your application within 1-3 business days.
If approved, we will provide you with the return address and specific instructions.
Return the Product
Please package the product securely to ensure it is not damaged during transportation.
If the return is due to personal reasons (such as dislike/wrong purchase), the return shipping cost will be borne by you.
If the return is due to product defects or incorrect delivery, we will bear the return shipping cost or provide an alternative solution.
Inspection and Refund
After receiving the returned product, we will inspect its condition within 5-7 business days.
After approval, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method.
The refund does not include the original order's shipping costs (unless the return is due to a product issue).
